They couldn't get the name right on the paperwork mailed out at first. In addition, they pack their shipments in an envelope with a piece of broken off styrofoam that is rather awkward. The paperwork is folded in three parts, which looks absolutely tacky. They corrected the name issue, but the second shipment of documents was just as bad as the first in terms of the condition upon arrival. They put it inside of an inside out FedEx mailer and put extra random shaped pieces of styrofoam. I called their support number, got the voicemail, and then got an email later that day. I replied simply asking for them to make it right or refund that portion of the order because it just looks tacky having wrinkled paperwork when you are applying for housing. Rather than take care of me, they opted to refund the whole order and removed me from their system. In the BBB complaint response, they claim they are not responsible for how "USPS handles the mail, which at times, they've crumpled it badly." While normally I would just accept this and walk away, I can't but help to ask myself why this random styrofoam was used? My food handler cert came in a similar FedEx mailer, which had no styrofoam in it and was immaculate. So for this, I reject their notion of the USPS handling the mail improperly. If you do go with this company, avoid having them mail stuff to you.
*Edit post reply: If you read carefully, I'm not claiming the company does the wrinkling of the mail. I'm pointing out how the company packages the mail. I wish this site had the option for photography; the world really should see what an awful job you do with packaging up mail. You can't tell me that modifying a FedEx mailer is the best way of doing business? What about adding the Styrofoam scrap?
You want a better review, take responsibility for your inability to package a letter in a mailer instead of cutting corners and passing the blame on their customers. Shame on you!

Scammers

Terrible! I am diagnosed with PTSD - it's a no brainer that I qualify. They said I didn't qualify - A doctor would call - a doctor wouldn't call - it was being processed - they couldn't help people in Mass. All over the map! Sarah was so rude and unprofessional, a true scammer! They are scammers. I got my money back and I am using my original company. I thought they presented well and I would try them. Big mistake!

Super easy and very fast!

Super easy. Great service. Very quick as well! I went through the test, paid, and in the same day was approved. Received my digital letter immediately upon approval. Should get my hard copy in the mail at some point soon. With all the fake sites out there claiming you need id cards and all this other junk, im glad I found this site! Emailing support gets quick replies as well!

Super disappointed

If you just need a letter and no supporting documents required by your landlord this service will work.
However, in my situation my landlord emailed two forms that needed to be filled out. I was more than willing to pay the extra fees and even asked how, but the would only provide and additional form from their own company called “verification for assistance animal” where they didn’t even bother using my legal name, but the one from email.
Dennis, the service rep, was rude when I followed up stating “Not sure why this case got so complicated.” And from my understanding was also rude my landlord. When they really had all the info to do forms, I was willing to pay extra, and didn’t even handle my case with enough care to ensure that my legal name was on their documents.
They did provide me with a full refund. I went with ezcareclinic.com and they were quick and helpful and had no issues assisting with additional documents.

Wish I could give zero stars. HORRIBLE experience

Wish I could give zero stars. A day after I got my ESA letter from them, they emailed me to tell me they were cancelling me from their service and giving me a refund for no apparent reason. When I asked them why, they falsely accused me of being a scammer. I'm just a mentally ill woman trying to get a damn ESA letter, not a freakin scammer. The customer service rep "Sarah" was incredibly rude, and her emails were very unprofessional. That set off some red flags for me, so now I can safely assume this company is a big scam trying to take advantage of vulnerable people. I still havent gotten my refund like they said. Run far away from this company, you can find a better and more legit service that provides ESA letters.
*Edit: Love how they tried to call me a "scammer" in their reply and said "we did research on this person and deemed they weren't a worthy client" LOL. What sort of research could you have done to find that I'm "not worthy?" I'm a 22 year old college student without so much as a speeding ticket. I have no criminal record, and the only info they had about me was my email address and their stupid mental health survey they made me fill out in my application. Quit lying through your teeth to vulnerable people who are trying to get REAL medical assistance.

This could not be more of a nightmare …

This could not be more of a nightmare I got approved for a letter but the Therapist who approved me did not have her License to approve people in ga when I got my letter I see all the states for her license but I did not see ga so I went back and looked at the Document that I did to get the letter and in 3 different spots it says I’m from ga so I emailed the Therapist and asked if she was even allowed to do that even though I figured she was not she tell me yes she was in the mean time I contact the support team and ask the same questions she tells me that the ga doctor was not there was put for medical reason and that’s why the therapist that issued my letter issued it to me so I asked for my money back because why spend that much for a letter that not valid and they was not going for the refund until I said that it False documentation now I’m sitting here waiting for my refund and wondering if this place is a scam to take your money or if this is a actual place and wondering if my refune will be put back into my account by Monday or Tuesday also they don’t call u back when u call and the support team will try to do everything to make u think that it ok for someone how not Licensed for your state to issue u something anyways this place if every wrong and seems like they really are ok with issuing letters that are false to get the money if I was u I’d not go for it cannot trust emotional pet support they don’t care for u or your baby’s

This company has been a godsend

This company has been a godsend. I was initially skeptical simply because there are a lot of services out there claiming to be legitimate, but after going through the process with this company, they are simply fantastic. I was able to get my dog certified within 72 hours, and the therapist I worked with was nothing short of spectacular. I can't sing their praises enough, they truly have been a life saver and a joy to work with.
